Sanmargam undead life
Some sages say to do nothing and "just sit". In Sanmargam, Jiva olukkam, boodha olukkam, Karana olukkam, Soul olukkam prescribe various moral rules, and sages like Vallala Peruman tell them to do them. Should we just do nothing? Or should we do what scientists like Vallalar say? We ask for grace to remove this confusion. Answer by Yogi Adalarasan Iyya :- To achieve "jeevan mukti" i.e. samsara dukka nivarti, one must "be idle" without doing anything. But if you want to achieve deathless long life, you have to follow the moral rules of Jiva morality, Karana morality, Buddha morality, Soul morality and change the impure body, pure body, Pranava body, and wisdom light body. In this the sadhakas of lazy nature strive to attain Jeevan Mukti leave their house. By becoming a renunciate and not taking a bath, not wearing good clothes, they live on alms and attain Jivan Mukti. They should do nothing. To be idle. Even for food you have to beg and eat.
